Most makeup brush sets, if they come in a large quantity of brushes, you would usually sacrifice the main brushes you're looking for such as the foundation brush ,concealor brush, or bronzer brush. But with this set, I didnt have to go without those key brushes and there are a variety of shadow brushes in this set that allows me limitless possibilities with shading. I use these brushes literally everyday, they do not shed and they pick up the makeup well. They did have a light smell when I first opened them, but I believe its just from the bag (it was not unbearable) but once you wash the brushes before initial use (which you should do anyway lol ) the smell goes away. I like the big fluffy brushes, they work well applying blush, contour, & finishing powder. The foundation brush works nicely as well. However, the eye-shadow & crease brushes are useless. They are either too tightly flat (which applies a straight line instead of shadow effect) or they won't hold the powder eye-shadow long enough to be applied.
