So if you are looking at receiving them quickly as most amazon products...this is not the place to buy them, but all in all the cookies are similar to a protein bar. I ordered them b/c I can not buy them from our Walgreen (they only carry chocolate chip) and wanted to try a different flavor. Also if you warm them slightly in the microwave..they taste better. If you add a cup of coffee..awesome.
