Again it would be good for maybe 6 likely 9 months. If your planning on buying newborn outfits off Amazon just don't. I thought it was super cute, and my husband thought it was hilarious, so it is a win for us both. Fabric is soft, I washed the crawler inside out and dried all on medium heat. My only real complaint is about the tie on the front of the pants. I had assumed it was a drawstring but discovered it was a sewn on trim which unraveled easily on the ends. I never gift babies with anything sewn on or removable, eyes on stuffed animals, ribbons, etc., so I removed the trim. That was easier said than done as it was sewn on quite securely, but the raveling ends concerned me so the trim had to go.
