A: No it does not.

**Q: How can I order the wheels ?**
A: It comes w/casters, however, I tried to order a piece that was missing out of the box, they wanted to send me a whole new one, let me take the parts I need and return the rest

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The holes don't line up, they are off by a hair

I am excited to use it and will write a review on its use after I get it together. The parts could have been labeled, the drawing is a bit crowded and the arms were hard to distinguish top from bottom. One of the poles has a loose seat, the screw spins it instead of going in. It was missing two capped screws. So on assembly, it leaves a bit to be desired. It took a bit more than an hour and it can't be completed until the vertical pole (E) can be screwed in. We are using JB Weld to hold the female seat for the long hex screw. I do need 2 of the capped screws.
