Since receiving them though, I have used them multiple times and still working great. The first time I recharged them, I was worried, they would melt from laying on the bottom of the pan or split open, but they did not. It was really simple and can do several at a time in a small pot.The heat last a medium amount of time, I would guess around 10 min before they start hardening and another 15 of heat after that, but I haven't used these in cold weather yet, just to put on muscles.
