The only downside is the display window is usually hard to read due to its location when a package or large envelope is being weighed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy Functional & Stylish *by I***8 on July 15, 2019* I purchased the Smart Weigh Professional Scale primarily for use as a postal scale for my small business. I rarely ship large-sized packages or anything more than 11 lbs., so this compact, cordless scale was a perfect choice when reviewing other scales, even though I struggled with the idea I could get a scale around the same price range that was capable of weighing up to 90lbs. In the end, more is not always better used. Additionally, if business trends change, it will function as a food scale and maintain usability. The cordless feature is nice, but not necessarily carbon footprint friendly, and requires the round disc-type batteries as replacement. I keep the plastic tab under the battery to save on life when not in use, and cannot currently provide an accurate battery life expectancy at this time. The small size is also a great space saver. It fits easily into a drawer when not in use. The "on/off" button is self-explainable, and the unit of measure button is easy to switch from oz., to pounds, to grams with a simple push.
