Definitely has an aquatic feel, but a bit more spicy and mature than Acqua Di Gio. I like the way that D&G scents are blended, as I wear several. I also tried several of the flankers to Light Blue, (Swimming in Lipari, etc... but couldn't get over the harshness of the ambergris). This is definitely my favorite of the group. It blends the aquatics and sea salt very well. It actually reminds me trips to Florida and the beach when I was younger. The smell is very subtle and pleasant, but of course that is very subjective. One thing I like about it, is it seems no matter how much you put on it does not seem to be overpowering, yet it seems to last a long time. That said, you only need a few sprays to do the job so a bottle goes a very long way. Gents let me tell you....you should definitely have some Light Blue in your inventory. This is the real Light Blue. I didn't fall in love with the price of $78. So I checked out Amazon and wow $44.95 is great deal. After reading many reviews saying they received a fake version of the cologne it made me not want to buy it. Since the price is so good I thought I would give it a try.I received the cologne and it seems authentic. The box was really nice and the plastic seemed to have an authentic sticker from Dolce & Gabbana. The bottle looks real and has the frosted look. Since I took pictures of the Nordstroms sample it looks exactly like the one I received. I tested one spray a few feet away and it lasted the regular time that most colognes seem to last. Since I believe it is authentic I"m giving this review 5 stars. The only downfall was that I'm a prime member and the shipping took a week to receive. I'm not sure how that happens but I wasn't in a hurry for it. Great price for the amazing smell of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue. I recommend this product to all men.
