Will have this for life and glad to get away from non-stick cookware, given the known carcinogens in non-stick cookware. Plus the non-stick wears out and has to be replaced, creating waste. This will last forever. Proud owner.

It didn’t fit MY pan; but, my pan was a different brand. So… yeah. Though the measurements were the same, the styles differ (I guess) and I had to return it.

Here's my experience ... It may or may not be the same for you ...13.25 Inch (33.6 cm) Lodge Self-Basting Iron Cover: Purchased for a 13 Inch (33 cm) Food Network Cast Iron Skillet (I measured it at roughly 13 1/8 inch). This skillet was bought a while ago. The lid fit snug with no wiggle room (flush to the skillet - the rim on the underside of the lid fits exact down inside the skillet) with roughly 1/8" lid overhang around the outside of the skillet. With the pour spouts aligned, it appears there is very little room for liquid to pour out and the Lodge logo is sideways when doing so. With the pour spouts not aligned, it appears there is a little more room for liquid to pour out. For me, the positives (finding a well-made self-basting cast iron cover that fits my skillet for use in the oven) outweigh the negatives. I'll be keeping this lid.
