Review: I love it - I love it. It arrived. It required zero set up. Extremely simple to use. Wireless. Reasonably priced. Very quiet. Up and running within minutes. No wires. It's heavy, so it's extremely stable on carpet. The batteries are included. It seems like solid piece of equipment and hopefully long-lasting. Note, the measurements are in miles, rather than km. Would argue it would probably be better not to use it with a chair that has a swivel back, (office chair) but i make do.

It’s light enough to move to where I need it but heavy enough to stay put. And for the first time in years I can feel it doing me good. Works just perfectly for me. I get easily bored with machine exercising so enjoy the fact I can read or do puzzles on my iPad whilst exercising. The only issue I had was that the batteries/manual were missing from the box. But you require minimal instruction anyway & batteries were easily found.

A: Wouldn't even try.  This kind of machine isn't designed for that and you'd have nothing to hold on to.

I’ve been struggling with exercise and mobility for years, thanks to my arthritic knee, hip and ankle joints. It’s light enough to move to where I need it but heavy enough to stay put. And for the first time in years I can feel it doing me good. Works just perfectly for me. I get easily bored with machine exercising so enjoy the fact I can read or do puzzles on my iPad whilst exercising. The only issue I had was that the batteries/manual were missing from the box. But you require minimal instruction anyway & batteries were easily found.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ As exercise equipment goes it does work

Works well and as described. Resistance dial does make a difference. Still working well after being used outside. I need an upright chair to sit in when using it - a couch won't do. Also, on nearly all wooden surfaces I need a mat underneath it to keep it in position. After being outside for a while it started to squeak, some wd40 solved the problem , along with keeping the wheel tracks clean. It does the job.
