Said Amazon would work with me to replace the product. Nothing happened. Again, after several more attempts I got it pair. The ad says effective E-Collar up to 1800FT Remote Range. This is false advertisement. Effective maybe up to 30 ft.. The beep setting is too faint to be effective. It's not reliable on the shock setting. My dog was running away, tried the shock - nothing. Only works if I am within 10 feet,,,,maybe. The vibrating setting is effective if the collar is tight enough. I wanted to teach my dog on off leash, but I can't do it because I can't rely on the E-Collar. So none the less it sat in its box unused for about 4 or 5 months. When I first unboxed it i was extremely happy with it, the battery had an amazing life and we could go 3 plus weeks without having to charge it. But after only 3 months of use it won’t even hold a charge for an whole day.
