Review: Great Product. - This product is working very well at cleaning the artificial grass. The Tools provided are very versatile and easy to use. You just use it like you are cleaning a carpet. It did struggle to pick up some of the leafs but all in all a very good product. It also is very effective at being and indoor domestic vacuum cleaner. Much better than our current model.
Review: Good product but gets easily clogged up - It is lightweight, easy to use and does have a good suction power. However, the bend in the tube and the lips on the joins means that leaves and debris easily gets clogged up and found I spent a bit of time having to take it apart and pulling the blockage out again before starting it. But as long as you take this into account it is good value for the money and has a large capacity to collect the rubbish.

**Q: I have a brand new fake grass fit with lots of loose grass is this ok for that please**
A: Yes ideal machine for picking up loose grass from your artificial lawn

**Q: Does this also suck up the sand layered on the artifical grass?**
A: I’ve no sand on the artificial grass theys some underneath the sheet the grass goes on but it doesn’t pick any sand up at all only the leaves and other debris that’s blown on the grass it’s a fantastic hoover

**Q: Will this pick up acorns? We have huge oak trees in our garden above our artificial grass and finding it hard to find a Hoover online?**
A: I have piced up quite large pebbles at times. I ttend to use it without the narrowed nozzel. I dont think there would be a problem. Sometimes large pieces of moss block the pipe but that is wet and squigy. I can tell you it is an amazing machine and I would highly recommend it. Any blockage is very easy to clear.

**Q: Can the wet and dry vacmaster suck up excess water from decking ?**
A: Hi, yes it can. It has a dual use cartridge filter for both wet and dry suction.

I had to write a review because after reading all of the glowing recommendations, as I was convinced to buy after seeing them and I don’t want others to do the same. The suction is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen. I suppose it cant be too powerful as to not suck up the infill but honestly I expected it to be a lot better than it was! I’ve given up using the ‘artificial grass’ attachment (don’t let that lure you into buying this either!!) and now I just use the tube without anything on to suck up anything I can see. This obviously leaves anything which was nestled between the fibres, and takes me a fair few hours for a 35m2 garden. I have to constantly unblock the pipes too as no matter the size of what it’s hoovering it always gets blocked. The storage for this item has to be a joke too. Everything is lose, apart from a few points to attach the attachments, and as far as I can see you just have to throw the cable on the top! Looks very messy and takes up a lot of space this way. Personally, I wish I’d spent a bit more and got something half decent.
