I use it to send a signal from my cable TV router in the bedroom to an older model TV in my kitchen where there is no installed cable box. The reason I purchased this specific model is because I needed the type of cable connectors that came with this model. Other models that had the HDMI cable would not work with my older model TV. There is no static or screen distortion on my TV when I run the microwave or other appliances. Also, I don't need to have the bedroom TV on as I am transmitting the signal from the cable router, not from the TV. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ no instructions *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 6, 2020* There were No instructions but it does work for short distances, walls do make a big difference and possibly other electronics my interfere ### ⭐⭐ Not the range I hoped for *by E***M on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2019* I am connecting a record player to my stereo, which are not completely blocked by walls, they are just around the corner from each other and I get no signal. I connected the receiver to a speaker and the best distance I can get out of it is about 20 feet and no obstructions. Beyond that, it's static for me. I cycled through every channel to no avail. To be fair, I have a lot of signals in my home. But I think I should be able to find at least one clear channel.
