It has good focus and great focal length. While it provides good quality and color in a lighted room it gives much better quality if you project it on a "reflective" movie screen. The projector came with necessary cables, a power cord, a remote control and the CD/DVD for the software. Once you install the unit be sure to check for a software update as there is almost always an update that has come out since the unit was packaged.
