## Description

These cap torque testers allow you to operate in both manual and automatic modes for additional flexibility. Manual mode is ideal for capturing peak torque applied to already tightened caps while the automatic mode allows you to apply pre-programmed torque values to caps. Units feature programmable high/low set points with LED indicators for easy go/no go testing. The yellow LED indicates measurements less than the low set point, the green LED indicates measurements that fall between high and low set points, and the red LED is activated for measurements that fall over the high set point and automatically stops testing. Units operate in clockwise or counterclockwise directions and accommodate sample container diameters from .8" to 7", cap diameters from .8" to 3.5", and container heights from 3.2" to 9.4". all models include an extension shaft pin for short container applications. What's included: one extension shaft and 110 VAC power cord. Precision accuracy ensures quality control automatic cap torque testing for both tightening and untightening tighten caps with pre-programmed torque values accuracy of ±0.5 percent full scale, ±1 lsd user selectable units of measure real time and peak mode (selectable) 1,000 data points of memory USB, RS-232C, and analog outputs capping speed 3 to 90° per second overload capacity 150 percent of full scale, with alarm at 110 percent full scale heavy duty all-metal construction for exceptional durability.
