I’ve used it while biking, jogging, and even just walking outside, and it doesn’t slide around or lose shape. Plus, it folds down easily to slip into a pocket when I’m not using it. I also like that it provides UV protection — a bonus for outdoor activities. For the price, this is hands down one of the best face covers I’ve bought. My only issue is that it seems to a little bit tight for my nose, but that's not a surprise, I'm sort of well known for having a large nose. It doesn't hurt my nose when its squished which is a win for me and I am well used to it, but just an fyi. Also, I have to put rolled up tissue paper tucked under the top to keep my glasses from getting fogged up, but that works perfectly well and adds a bit more fit for my nose so its a double win. It doesn't slip at all on my head and I have a very full head (from top to chin) of hair.
