## Description

100% Lemon wood chunks cut from Spanish Lemon orchards. Due to the nature of this product, the sizes of the chunks range from thumb size to fist size.  These can be used wet or dry at your discretion, use 1-3 for a cook and adjust as required.

- This Large box of Wood Chunks contains kiln cured chunks that are split down to fist-size pieces of wood. Please note that this is a natural product so sizes can vary from thumb size to fist size. / 5kg in weight (depending on species)
- Add some flavour to savour for your cooking. These wood chunks are great for use on the grill, smoker, Kamado style or kettle BBQ. Simply add 3 to 5 chunk several minutes prior to cooking or slightly less in a smoker. Soak if you need to, leave dry if you don't. Either way, you'll enjoy great results.

Not for me. The smoke is to acrid. Not happy about the 5kg box. I had been used to 9kg boxes. Might fault for not checking, however, they are being advertised in the same manner. Would be nice if it was clear.

Fantastic wood - gives a lighter smoke that say the Oak barrels which is quite strong. I’ve done chicken, pork and gammon on my Weber all smoked with lemon wood and it has come out fantastic. I won’t hesitate to use this company and this wood for smoking!Smoke on!
