**Q: Does it have a strap on the back so you can slide it over a larger piece of luggage? If yes, how wide is the strap?**
A: There is a strap that is 4 cm x 28 cm on the back that can be slipped over a larger bag's telescope handle.

**Q: Can you use this as a carryon plus a personal bag such as a small backpack on an airlines?**
A: I took a larger carry-on bag, and used this as my personal bag, since it fits under the seat.  Didn't receive any flack from either United Airlines, or Delta for having both bags on their flights.

**Q: Will in fit under seat on Delta?**
A: It will not fit under all the seats on Delta. They have added electrical boxes under at least one seat on every row. The boxes house the wiring used to provide extra access to plugs and ports. The bag needs to be one inch narrower to fit now. Have not had problems with this size bag in Delta Comfort but definitely have in the main cabin.

**Q: Is this 14 height??**
A: Even though you scolded the other person who asked the height,  I'm glad for the answer because I too was wondering if the 15" was height or width.
