They all went straight in the fridge, and there were no leakages in their individual bags. So far I have had the plain Sauerkraut, and am halfway through the Sauerkraut with caraway and Juniper berries and they have both been very good, mind you I'm no expert, this is all new to me. Nice and crunchy, not salty and not too much liquid.
