One of the reasons is that they're not made out of plastic. I also like that they have the perfect shape and size to take to work. I only deducted a star for the price. I wish they were less expensive. If they were, I would definitely buy them more often. I'm ill so it's really hard for me to wash dishes after work. Being able to get disposable bowls helps me get rid of one less chore which is beneficial for my health.
