Easy to install, feels sturdy and flexible to fit various circle/square size poles. I used all 4 tubes to wrap both sides of the smaller (round) poles and intertwined them to the middle (squared) pole. Didn't need to cut it at all to make fit. This is my stand for my heavy bag. I always get paranoid about kicking the poles as I've clipped my toes a few times before. At least this time if I clip a toe, it won't hurt. I feel secure enough with these snake wrap things and feel more confident in letting it all out instead of holding back.Update :I got this 10 days ago for my pole as I described. It's ripped and come apart due to my bag swinging into it while I train. I don't go too ham, but today I decided to package tape the whole thing around it(last picture).
