The sound quality is solid, battery life is good especially considering the portable recharge dock, they look nice and function as advertised. However there is a problem, of which is of no fault to producer, I live in the SF bay area and commute to work on BART (our train system). With all the B.T. congestion on the train and the very limited channels available for B.T. I am more often than not, not receiving a signal. So this product is just not well suited for my situation. Perhaps this type of situation should be mentioned in promotional materials so as to keep consumers better informed on the pros and cons of current bluetooth industry. I also had a pair malfunction, but when I contacted them they helped me to trouble shoot immediately and when that could not amount the issue they promptly replaced my set.
