(I've never put it to the test). **Q: does this unit has dual voltage, 120-240v?** A: I used to have this when I was living in the Philippines (240V) my aunt bought this for me from US (110V) and it worked fine without any converter or adapter. When I plugged in, no short circuit or whatsoever. **Q: are the plate 100% ceramic?** A: The user manual from Conair's website says they are coated, not 100% ceramic. Based on the price I would assume that's true. **Q: Does this product come with a comb or brush attachment?
