    The Struggle !!

These were so cute the thought of having matte balloons at my event was perfect HOWEVER blowing them up was a struggle !!!! There’s 2 layers in the ballon black inside red out side. First ballon was difficult to tie the knot. The second no matter how much air I put in the ballon they wouldn’t float properly with helium !!!!It came to the point that I used them but I took the black ballon out and the red was sheer and see though very tacky I didn’t love it .

I liked that these arrived soon, and disliked literally everything else about these balloons.  They’re not heart shaped, and they’re basically impossible to inflate without a pump.
