Let me start by saying that, overall, I'm satisfied with this product, however, women like me, who have large stomachs with a little bit of hang in the front, order a size up from what you normally would. I put this on, and felt comfortable and supported, except the bottom of the stomach. I understand this won't necessarily hold the stomach UP, but the part that wraps around your stomach and velcro shuts, you will have more of it to offer more support to hold your stomach IN so it won't get in the way of your workouts. I needed a couple more inches in that area to comfortably fit and support. Also, women with large breasts (me again) will find the top portion a little cumbersome as it will squeeze you pretty tight and will be hard to zip (if you order your normal size).
