I use it to help with morning under eye puffiness. I have terrible allergies and often wake up with the area under my eyes swollen and puffy. A very tiny drop dabbed under my eyes helps to shrink the swelling. I have no idea why it works or if it will work that way for other people. I only use the tiniest bit and avoid getting it in my eyes. I also remove it before applying makeup or other products. It burns if I actually get it in my eyes. It lasts me a very long time. I have bought several different brands over the last few years and this one seems to be good quality.
