These are amazing and kill our pasta craving on our low to no carb diet. It has a texture of slightly aldente pasta and almost no flavor which is a great thing. Most of this type of pasta is bound with seaweed and has a fishy flavor or smell, these do not! I make these with meatballs and marinara and let it sautee for a few minutes just to mix and it's amazing. I've made it with olive oil and butter and it's phenomenal. I even went so far as to buy a blue box Mac and cheese and try to replace the pasta with this...that didn't work great but it tasted amazing. If you're on the fence but the 3 pack and give it a shot. It's really changed the low carb game for us just like a good cauliflower pizza. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Low-Carb/ Keto *by T***V on Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2019* The taste and texture is fine to me. It may not be as chewy as your traditional noodles made of wheat or other flours, but it does a good job replicating. I eat low-carb/ keto so I only eat these noodles 3 times a month. I like to wash the noodles under hot water to get rid of any lingering taste or smell first. From there, I let it dry in a drainer bowl while I prep my ingredients to stir-fry the noodles with. Sometimes, I just use the noodles in a broth soup (ex: Vietnamese Pho Broth) and eat that way. All in all, I am satisfied. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good alternative to the real thing *by D***T on Reviewed in the United States on November 15, 2019* This really is a good alternative to noodles. It's not the real deal of course so I'm reserving my 5 stars for a product that has the taste and feel of real pasta. But I can say this is a very good substitute for rice noodles, would be good in pho, I have made pad thai with it and it was just as good as the real thing.
