This Workrite 231UT-70 medium blue work short has button cuffs and a folded button-down front placket. It is made of 7-oz. UltraSoft fabric for resistance to flash fire and electric arc and is 88% cotton / 12% nylon. The shirt has mitered chest pockets with button-down flaps and a one-piece collar for maintaining shape. It has an extra long tail and roomy body for ease of movement. This work shirt meets National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 2112 certification for flash fire and is compliant with Hazard Risk Category (HRC) 2. It has an Arc Thermal Protective Value (ATPV) of 8.7. Made in USA and imported. Workrite Uniform Company is an affiliate of Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing and manufactures flame-retardant workwear.  The company, founded in 1973, is headquartered in Oxnard, CA.
