For 3 normal sized kites they only sent one TINY set of markers. By tiny, I mean the kind that are no longer than your finger, and thinner than your pinky. I decided to purchase fabric markers from Hobby Lobby which worked perfect. These were a fun little activity for my kid's sleep over, even if she decorated hers with nothing but the "fart". We took them out the next day and flew them for about 4 hours- they held up great! We'll be able to fly them again.
