**Q: Does this need to be refrigerated? This arrived warm.**
A: Because it is a raw, live culture probiotic food it does not need to be refrigerated however once you open it we recommend storing in the fridge.  Thanks!

A: Hi there!  For a 2 tablespoon serving size there are 16 in the jar

A: Hi there!  So happy you enjoyed the kimchi.  Unfortunately we only make this level of heat.  You might want to considering trying our other kraut flavors such as classic or golden.  They have just as high probiotic count and make a great substitute : )
