I wear it to the gym under my workout shorts, so when i'm doing squats or leg presses, things stay in place. The material is very comfortable and it is easy to wash and hang dry. I'm not a model by any means and not a bodybuilders physique, but wearing it does seem to make me feel like I'm not just another old man trying to look good at the gym. (BTW, my waist is a an honest 44", and I chose a large which really fits very comfortable.) ### ⭐⭐ Bathroom problems *by G***O on January 30, 2019* The large size fit okay, but what I didn't think of when I bought this was using the bathroom. You can manage if you only need to urinate. But if you need to defecate, You'll need to take this off. That mean your shoes, pants, and shirt need to come off to remove this which is okay if you're at home. But if you're in public it's going to be a big problem. Clothing like this for girls have buttons on the bottom center so it can be opened up.
