Not that hard to find. I was expecting a mix that was more than just coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. For this, my husband paid $9?That would have been fine, except for the fact that this mix asks for a cup of coconut oil, a cup of honey, 1/2 cup of water, and six eggs. Seriously? I've never run across a simple cake recipe that asked for all of that.Then I baked it...and my husband spit it out as soon as he tasted it. We've been together for ten years, and I've baked for him a lot in the past. This is the only time he's ever refused to eat something I've baked.So I tasted it.This does not taste like cake. It doesn't even taste edible. It smells and tastes like something you should never serve to anyone ever. And as soon as I cut into this cake, the horrible smell wafted into my kitchen. I had my husband throw it down our apartment trash chute immediately.I'm shocked that this cake was bad. How can a chocolate cake mix go so wrong? The ingredients are fairly common and are used in paleo and keto recipes all the time.
