I am familiar with the use of earthing products such as, the bed sheet, mat, and arm bands. The bed sheet and mat I use night and day without fail. The sheet has without doubt improved my sleeping pattern and I have noticed a rise in my energy levels. I have suffered with congestion caused by an operation in the past and since sleeping 'earthed' I have noticed a definite improvement in that area.During the day, at the first chance I get I use the mat. If I spend time on the computer my bare feet are placed always on the mat. In the evening, just relaxing, once again I use the mat. Between the use of the mat and the sheet I can honestly admit to having the feel-good-factor. The bands and patches I have as yet no cause to use but maybe one day...As I said, I can only speak as I find. Lots of things in life can be attributed to attitude and state of mind and this product could fall in that category. If a GP tells you that a certain pill will cure your headache and you have faith in your GP and take the pill, your headache will be cured. The power of thought and suggestion is tremendous. My own personal beliefs are deeply spiritual and do encompass a great respect for nature and 'Mother Earth.' Earthing works for me and if we had decent weather I certainly would be walking barefoot where possible. It is ideal in shape and size and I am sure that it would be comfortable to use as a stimulation tool.
