Putting it on for the first time, holy crap, I was super limited to movement. The first day was awkward but as the days progressed it became relatively easy. First I started off with the first hooks, and finally made my way down to the last set. I can see a great difference from before I started to how I am now. I really wish I had taken photos to prove that this product does work. Though if you are serious about a little extra help in slimming down then remember you must also work out and choose your foods wisely. Putting this product on after a work out and shower would be the better choice in my opinion. But I would definitely recommend this product. It's not heavy on the wallet and is comfortable enough. Though it does get warped a bit towards the pelvic region as I have noticed so I would probably also recommend. Changing into a complete out first and then sapping it on.
