This sits very low, so it has plenty of clearance, but can still go pretty high so sliding in those jack stands is easy. Not a huge mechanical advantage, you are gonna have to put in a bit of effort. This thing is a tank. Heavy, solid, and well built I don't think I am going to ever have to buy another jack. One thing to keep in mind though, make sure you buy a large rubber puck if you plan on using this with a unibody car.
