However I have to say; the odor of the product is really questionable. It doesn’t smell like any truffle oils I’ve ever had and has a pretty bland but acidic flavor, leading me to think a) not real truffles were used and b) not quality olive oil was used.Also, if you look up Terroir d’Antan, two things. One, it’s a French name and not Italian, so I’m not sure why it is made in Italy, but two, I can’t find any kind of website for that company. So the manufacturing of this product is sketchy too.Overall, pretty disappointed as I was really looking forward to this.
