These are a great replacement for those of you who might have damaged or somehow misplaced the fitting during maintenance. TECHNICHAL FEATURES: Dimensions (L x W x H): 4.93 x 4.93 x 4.93 inches / Designed and manufactured in Australia / This has British Standard Pipe Parallel (thread) / ARB Replacement 5mm Push in Fitting (170201) / The Nylon 5mm line pushes into this for an easy connection of the ARB Air Locker Line or the Trail-Gear Rear disconnect / Item weight: 0.353 lb. MATERIAL: Made from Metal it is design to last, resist harsh climate conditions and fit in precisely for an easy connection of the ARB Air Locker Line or the Trail-Gear Rear disconnect. THREAD SIZE / SPECIFIC TO ARB: it's 1/8" BSPT with a 5mm OD for the tubing pretty specific to ARB and very difficult to find elsewhere. **Q: what is the thread size ? is it 1/4" NPT?**
A: it's 1/8" BSPT with a 5mm OD for the tubing... pretty specific to ARB and very difficult to find elsewhere. You can find 4mm and 6mm 1/8" BSPT at McMaster-Carr and elsewhere, but nothing for the 5mm tubing.

**Q: Can this replace the compression fitting portion of the bulkhead on the axle?**
A: I guess you cold if the bulkhead fitting is British standard pipe threads. They are different than standard pipe threads. If they are tapped the same then yes you could use this fitting

**Q: Will this thread into the ARB solenoid or is there a different one**
A: Not sure I Got mine for the rear diff.
