To me, it's a bit like a freshly baked vanilla sugar cone from Salt & Straw (yes, that's crazy specific). It's very sweet and gourmand, so if that's not your vibe, this may not be the fragrance for you. I still have my original bottle of Pink Sugar from about 20 years ago, so for me, it's a pass. This little guy is STRONG!!!! I dabbed a little bit on my wrist to see how it would smell on the skin, and my nose immediately filled with this sweet creamy mashmallow scent that I can't seem to get rid of! This can be a good or bad thing, depending on how much you enjoy the scent. I don't mind it, but it does smell a little synthetic. It reminds me of the Lucky Charms marshmallow peices or marshmallow scented markers from the 90's. After about an hour, when the marshmallow scent dies down, you get left with a smooth vanilla scent with a slight musk undertone. I didn't exactly know how much sillage jlit had until after about 15min when I went downstairs to throw out the garbage. When I came back to my apt, my entire livingroom smelled like marshmallows! I couldn't believe the sillage from just a tiny dab on the wrist! It's insane!!! I originally got this product to see what the hype was all about, and the other reviews were right, it did NOT disappoint! For such a small bottle it really packs a punch! And the price is super affordable. The roller ball applied smoothly as well, it didn't get stuck or leak out, which I appreciate. But, wow....I'm still blown away.
