I did have to modify the OEM mounts to fit the radiator in my stock 1972 Chevy C10. The lower mounts had to be located 1" inboard (towards the engine), and I had to extensively modify the upper brackets and change their locations (inboard) as the OEM locations would have interfered with the fill cap (on the passenger side) and the upper radiator hose (on the driver side). Other companies sell upper brackets for this reason.As for the fans, I was (am) disappointed that they didn't move enough air to keep the engine from overheating (stock engine).
