Also don't set your phone on top of them while they're trying to print or it will jam it. Fortunately jams takes less than 10 seconds to clear and even a 16 year old girl can figure it out. Also...if we jam it up this printer is smart enough to immediately reprint the receipt we were trying to print. POSMaid is wonderful for a small business or Craft Show use. It is affordable and very functional. Allows for all monetary transactions and keeps tally. It is perfect for Entry level use. The inventory control is more than I expected. So far I have not found any issues that I could not resolve.
