Both Lasted just over a year
I ordered two of these on November 26th, They were fitted by a professional electrician in late January 2021.In June 2022, both stopped working, so as I am under a contract for electrical repairs, I called in an electrician. Both controls are burnt out so neither the fan or the lights work. It was confirmed that the correct bulbs were in, But, apparently, the instructions on Amazon say that you can use halogen bulbs, and that is the first recommendation, but I am told that the heat produced by these burned out the controller. So, I have lost all the money for them, and the cost of fitting them, which was not cheap.My recommendation is therefore DON'T BUY THESE. I now have to pay out for new lights and fittings. What a waste of money!

Bearing problems
Poor, bought one and by the time the electrician was available to fit was past return date. Makes a click click noise so keeps you awake. Ordered second which was fine for a while now this one makes a rattling noise from the bearings.

Looks good and effective
Love the look of this fan and works very well as just installed as a heatwave hit! Instructions to install could be clearer as it was fiddly to install as others have noted - a few explanatory words with the pictures would resolve this easily.
