**Q: will this work for ZTE Model z5158?**
A: I don't recall the model number of the ZTE I bought this for. I will say that they were the only place I could find a replacement battery. Unfortunately the battery barely lasted a couple of months.  I ended up having to get a newer model phone since I couldn't find working replacement parts for my ZTE.  

I ended up with a fast charging updated Motorola that I am very happy with.

**Q: what is the adhesive tool kit for?**
A: Mini tool set of screw drivers, and a blue pry bar to help remove the back of the phone so you can access the battery.  

I didn't need the screw drivers but they may come in handy to work on my glasses or for other repairs.

So far battery works well.
