It is nice to have something sitting on the shelf when I am looking for something crunchy to dip into hummus or guacamole and don't have time to bake them myself. If eating WFPB is not a priority for you, you are likely to be disappointed in these. Flax seeds are an acquired taste and texture. I, however, really like them and like what they do for me!
