**Q: How can one make the balls tacky again if they lose their tacky-ness?**
A: Wash them!

**Q: If you own both these Plus balls and the Alpha balls, which do you prefer?**
A: It's not a matter of preference for the balls; each size is specific to the anatomy it's rolling.  Ultimately it's better to have all three sizes.The Plus balls are brilliant for the spine/shoulders/neck, and the larger Alpha balls are specifically lovely for the hips/buttocks/hamstrings...

**Q: I have the original yoga tune up balls.  Are these harder and less dense than those? How do you use them differently?**
A: Yes they are a little harder, denser and larger.   They can be used similarly to the originals, but will not be quite as malleable as the originals.  However I still love having both types for variety.

**Q: Can you get the tune up balls wet?**
A: To clean your therapy balls, we recommend that you rub them with a towel, soap and warm water and let them dry off. Do not submerge in water.

Love these! Ive tried other therapy balls for fascia release but they were too hard. These are the absolute best!

These balls are a terrific step up from tennis balls if you're trying to roll out tight muscles and fascia. Just now bought a new set after 8 years of using previous ones on a regular basis because I liked them so much: they're a bit harder than tennis balls, though they still have some give, so are not at all uncomfortable; and the surface is soft but a little clingy, so the ball doesn't slip the way a tennis ball tends to. During the last couple of months I couldn't figure out why there was a dandruffy dust on my mat after I finished my workout until I realized that from all the use over eight years, the ball was starting to shed. Seems to me a more than reasonable lifetime.
