In my own experience, the dye discolve at about 158-194°F (i.e. 70-90°C). At the time we develop this item, we spend time to test different wax dye. And we find this one able to dissolve with soy wax in similar temperature. I think this is the best option customer because you do not need to put extra effort or steps to dissolve the dye. 3. Steps There are a lot professional candle maker put there work on youtube already. I still try to share my experience. Firstly, you should still need other tools like a melting pot, and a tin candle, etc.. Second, melt the soy wax. There are several way people use to melt down the soy wax. Heater, candle, or hot water, whatever it works. I personally do not use how water to melt it. As it seems to me the mositure will get into the soy. Thirdly, keep the temperature and add the dye you want, then stir it. After the dye is dissolved. You can let it cool down and add fragrance oil upto your desire. Finally, don"t forget it, place the wicks in place before it becomes solid, you may need a centering device to help. I have to put it in the microwave. I melt the wax then put in the color then microwave the mixture to get a very homogeneous mix.
