Very easy to work with, dries overnight and is easy to paint over with acrylic paint once dry. for more detailed sculpting you will need to be careful- some of the kids wanted to make trees and animals and it fell apart and shattered after it dried- if you are going to do this use a toothpick for extra support as any thinner sections will just fall apart.

A: It goes a long way...made 30 Xmas ornaments and barely used 1/4 of the pail...great product

**Q: How much should I purchase if I need 9 girls to make pinch pots with the starting ball of clay about the size of an adult fist?  Thanks!**
A: 2 or 3 of the 2.5 pound buckets

**Q: Does it dissolve in water? Is the clay water soluble once air dried?**
A: That I am not sure of, if I was putting it need water I would make sure to coat it with polyurethane to water proof it

**Q: I have about 375 kids in my school....any idea how many of these to buy if they each get a small handful of clay to create something with?**
A: I’d say at least 1 bucket per 10 kids. 40 is a good estimate to be on the safe side.

Good price for this amount of clay. I taught my 4th grade art club to make pinch pots and they enjoyed it!
