Sizing chart is a little confusing *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 30, 2019* I usually wear a L but their sizing chart recommended a M. It was difficult to get on over the shoulders but the more i think about it youre probably supposed to slide into this feet first so it could be my fault.Other than that it works as described, Really good at making you sweat, durable, quality fabrics. seems like it gives a little bit of back support as an added benefit that they don't advertise. I'm about 6'1 195Lbs I don't use this as a waist trainer, I use it more during my workouts as a way of increasing and maintaining a higher body temp and it works extremely well at that.
