Seems to be made well, no issues with shipping. I got it at around 4:30pm Michigan time, put it on the kitchen table and hooked up a volt meter to the clips and the meter showed the putting our around 4volts, took it next to a window, went up to around 14, went outside and got around 22. May not put out the 24 that it's rated for, but this leads me to believe that I will have no problems getting that when it's sunny out. Wire quality seems pretty good.
