A: The bottle says pure polydimethylsiloxane silicone.  It doesn’t appear to be diluted.

**Q: Can it be used to lubricate and prevent stuck wood dresser drawers?**
A: Wood will absorb the oil.   It won’t help to slide if your sliding wood on wood 
If your drawer has sliding metal mounts it will work in metal
