Also does it smell like melted plastic or is it just us who got 'lucky'?** A: From memory it just had the Nuby tag, no box or bag. Don't think it had a smell but I put it in milton before giving to my granddaughter to play with. I often sterilise such toys. **Q: is this toy kite marked? Or CE marked?** A: I would think so as Nuby is a good make. I haven't still got the label it cane with so can't check. I would trust Nuby toys etc. Look on their website rather than amazon for confirmation. At Christmas the Nuby site were selling boxes at reduced rate. I think they were £15 or £20 but the value of toys inside were much higher. Both my daughter and daughter in law bought them as they have new babies. They trust the company so much they were happy to buy the toys without .knowing exactly was inside. The value was excellent.
