Remember, these panels are flimsy when straightened out, so some of the panels need to kinked in directions to stay upright. Just need to stretch it apart to form a circle. The only bad thing about it is that it's not very sturdy. my child can lean on the gate and it'll start to bend and tip over. the base of the gate is not weighted. but i am 5'5" and can fit laying down while my 10 month old plays.
